One of our longest client relationships is with Marks & Spencer which we have advised since the early 1990s. Most recently, we helped the company design and implement new management incentive plans to support its recovery, including a new LTIP based around stretching EPS growth targets (reflecting the need to control costs and increase sales) and an enhanced annual bonus plan with an element of compulsory share deferral.
