We advised British Airways on the reshaping of the senior executive team’s remuneration package. This included the redesign of long-term incentives based on BA’s operating margin and its total shareholder return compared to other airlines, together with the creation of an annual bonus plan based on the key metrics of operating margin, customer recommendation, punctuality, employee involvement and personal performance.
