We helped Persimmon present to shareholders a wholesale re-positioning of its executive remuneration strategy to take account of the company’s FTSE 100 status (achieved through both organic growth and acquisition). Changes included a rebalancing of the package towards long-term incentive pay whilst repositioning fixed pay in line with FTSE 100 benchmarks.
