Executive Total Reward Survey
This survey is available free to participants and offers you a complete view of executive total remuneration (from Chief Executives down to the next five levels of management).

- a yearly report published in October only available to participating companies
- analysis of the total remuneration of executive directors and their immediate reports
- analysis of 36 roles
- rigorous and innovative methodologies to assess the value of bonus payments, long-term incentives, pensions and other benefits

Participants can download the questionnaire in spreadsheet format along with the guidance notes.
