Biotechnology Remuneration Survey
This survey specifically focuses on the biotechnology industry and those companies directly related to it, but excludes the big pharmaceutical companies. Analysis covers all aspects of the remuneration packages of both management positions and scientific professional staff, from Chief Executive down to graduates, covering 9 levels subdivided by function.
The Biotechnology Remuneration Survey provides a quartile analysis of base salary and bonus as well as analysis and a commentary on long-term incentives, pension arrangements and other benefits. Data is also split between listed and unlisted companies.
Published annually in October. £300 + VAT for participants only. Participants are also invited to attend a post publication seminar at no additional cost.
Participants can download the questionnaire in spreadsheet format along with the guidance notes.
